All prices listed in this site are in U.S. Dollars, unless otherwise specified. Promotions listed in this website can be changed or withdrawn at any time and blackout dates may apply.
Confirmations and Deposits
Prices in quotations are FINAL and are confirmed. We will send an invoice with confirmation form showing the services for the final price, and then we require a NON refundable deposit of US $75.00 per passenger traveling; this deposit is due immediately and is applied to the final payment for al services confirmed.
Payments for packages are due 45 days prior to the arrival of the passengers, if reservations and confirmations are made within 45 days of arrival, IMMEDIATE payment in full is required upon final quotation and confirmation.
Once we confirm packages, any changes in dates of travel or services will require a US $50.00 fee per change. We STRONGLY recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges (unless otherwise indicated) will depend on the time at which notice of cancellation is received.

45 to 30 days prior to arrival 25% per person
29 to 15 days prior to arrival 50% of package
14 to 0 days prior to arrival 100% of package

Refunds
Refunds will be processed ONLY after we receive a request in writing.You must send us applicable vouchers or airline tickets within 30 days of your return from our property.No refunds will be made because of adverse weather conditions, now will refunds be madefor services paid and NOT used. Any tours ,land services arranged after arrival must be paid for directly to the service provider.
The following items are not included in your package:
- Airport departure taxes which are not included in your airline ticket.
- Additional expenses of a personal nature, such as laundry, alcoholic beverages, excess baggage or baggage insurance
A valid passport with ninety days until expiration is required for this travel.
Family Vacations Honduras acts only as an agent in making these travel arrangements and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay which may be caused by these arrangements. Thus in accepting the services provided you agree not to hold Family Vacations Honduras liable for any losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of these services.

We have an office in San Pedro Sula, Honduras and can provide services within the country including tours, flights ans assistance in the event of emergencies.
Our goal is to provide the best vacation experience possible, at the best value, so that our clients will want to return to Honduras again. We issue travel documents promptly, and send them directly to you via FEDEX within 5 days of payment receipt.

We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account we reply via email or phone, in accordance with the users wishes.
Booking Confirmation
Immediately upon completion of the booking process, you will be sent an confirmation e-mail to the address you have provided. Additionally, you (or your travel agent) will be sent a confirmation letter within a few days with all your package details.

For only $79 per adult and $59 per child ($99 from per adult and $79 per child from 12/20 - 12/31), you can purchase our comprehensive travel protection plan. This plan protects against cancellation penalties if the trip is cancelled for covered reasons prior to departure. Plus, it also covers trip interruption, baggage, medical expenses and other problems that may occur after departure. Plus, if you pay for the plan within 7 days of the initial trip deposit, the plan exclusion for pre-existing medical conditions is waived, provided you are not already disabled from travel at time of purchase.
